The dessert Both famous in Spain and Japan

Castella origin from Spain but popular in Japan, today I am going to make castella.

6 egg in room temperature 、flour 、sugar、honey 、warm water.

First I mix sugar and egg around 8~10 minutes.

second melt honey into warm water and than mix with eggs,

third mix with flour for 3 minutes, and put it into baking mold(before that we can put some sugar first for caramelization)

Into oven 170℃ for 15 minutes until surface becomes dark then we change to 150℃ for 50 minutes .

during this time you can smell aroma of honey ,take it out when it is not so hot and we warping it left it in refrigerator for over night and next day you can enjoy this dessert,is quite simple isn’t it.
