The main reason made me local guide many years ago is my home city - Plovdiv.
With a river, seven hills, old Renaissance town, Ancient theater and Roman stadium this city is unique and it is like a fairy-tale. But it is real. So many historical places in one, so many cultures, religions and ethnicity living together.
So I started to show people how beautiful it is, also to explore new secret places and give them to the public.
Second reason to be proud to be local guide is to managing info about so called “urgent” places - like hospitals, doctor offices, dentists office, pediatricians, etc…
Being a father of 5 years daughter with Down Syndrome I /together with my wife/ visit doctors and specialists very often. So I know how important and responsible is the information about working time, address, phone number of such places to be correct.
