This was taken on a gorgeous, warm night on October 26. It was a latin night with Salsa music blaring, folks showing off their dance moves, and those who couldn’t dance were enjoying the delicious treats created inside the tents. Of course, I enjoyed a treat or two inside the tents.
There was a very balanced chaos between people enjoying the lights, watching people dance, and others partying the dance away. It was a beautiful equilibrium that I haven’t seen in other cities. Day or night, it’s how the King George Square is.
On any given day, you’ll see dozens of suits and ties munching on a piece of cake bread and then you’ll see folks like me enjoying the sun, listening to whatever rambling Joe Rogan does on his podcast. Others are having a smoke break enjoying the sun before it gets too hot. Again, the balance of everything being at peace is wholesome and brings a smile to my face.
Simply enjoy, be in the moment, and welcome the vibe the city brings.
