Dominican Republic is known for a lot of things, the music, baseball, beaches and food.
In the last couple of years the combination of government clean up of streets and the steep costs of locals have driven people to invest mostly in food trucks and food truck neighborhoods, places in which someone controls space and drinks, and local entrepreneurs can rent a space and start their dream food joint.
I recommend anyone who comes I to the D. R. to visit one of the many food truck neighborhoods, you won’t regret it!
