For some reason, street food are always the best option when it comes to price & taste, both are always walk hand in hand. So did this one dish i’ve tried.
The story was that me & my wife had to go for some medical checkup at RS Salak in Bogor.
As always the process would take some times where we have to stay there for half day.
Because we were hungry, we though of going to some malls there to find something to eat, but then about exiting the hospital gate we saw this soto mie Bogor stand.
The location is right on the side of Halte RS Bogor:
Soto Mie Bogor is a dish origianally from Bogor, consist of beef organs, noodles and some veggies.
We decided to try it out, and it was the best decision on that day because this soup noodle was probably the best Soto Mie Bogor i’ve ever tried before.
Although the stands looks very humbling, but the taste was absolute gold.
The broth itself is a little bit thick both in texture and the color.
While the organs are plenty and not too many veggies that it would ruin the taste. Combine that with a hot rice, the mission was completed.
When you are around RS Salak, please do give it a try. I bet you will love it too.
