I am a foodie and a big falafel fan. Every new destination I visit, I forst check out the places to get the best falafel sandwich. In my quest to find the perfect faflagel I have uncovered some hidden gems. I share a few of them here:
Maoz: undoubtedly the best falafel I have ever tasted. Yummy falafel balls in a wholewheat pita bread with hummus and tahini sauce. A free salad bar with delicious options and free refills. Branches in Amsterdam, Barcelona, London, Paris and New york to name a few. An excellent choice for vegetarians.also try their fried aubergines, Brilliant!!!
Tasty Bite :(Dubai) this restaurant hs been in Bur Dubai for ages. Their falafel sandwiches are the best, loaded with tahini sauce and pickled salads they make for a yummy heathy quick and affordable snack.
Picnic Home : (Mankhool) excellent falafels served here, richly soaked in tahini and wrapped in thin bread. Their sandwiches are a delight.
