You can choose from two pizza styles: a la piedra which is the regular flat and not very thick crust with a lot of ingredients on top, or the special rellena which is filled, YES, filled with cheese. The first option comes in an amazing variety of toppings (including potatoes, vegetables, bacon, mushrooms and eggs), whereas the second has a more limited variety but, I promise, it’s definitely worth it.
