I define myself as a professional burger tester, I love burgers soo much, I like to feel the diferent falvors in my mounth, I like to focus on each flavor as I’m eating the burguer, the softness of the bread, the freshness of the vegetables, the specific flavor of the meat, every ingredient counts, soo in my entire life trying different burgers, I’ve set 2 different categories of burguers, the classic ones, and the gourmet. in this case Im’ gonna talk about the best gourmet burger specifically in my city. A few days ago, a frind of mine was celebrating his birthday, so he invite me to a place that I’ve never visited in my life, called Bananas Grill and Bar, and we went there to eat burguers and to celebrate, in the momment that I’ve step in, my nose told me that a great mix of flavor was coming in. So we order and I try the best burguer in my life, this one had rugula and dry tomatoes with a little touch of sweet, and when I bit that burguer, the mixture of flavors took my whole mounth and senses, and to improve my experience, the got 2 special kinds of sauce, the first one and kind of chipotle mayonaisse and a basil mayonnaisse that was the perfect combinatio to my burger and fries.
