Well I love sharing the experiences which I gather through the pursuit of culture, tradition and well as the people. In my opinion if you really want to know about any culture then you would need to understand about their culinary aspect. Our country has a vast range of gastronomic delights and it is so diverse that you would never feel dissatisfied and bored by trying out the arrays of foods. I do have some ideas about introducing our local small businesses and those enthusiastic, fresh entrepreneurs who not only want to deliver the best for themselves but they certainly have the aspiration to work for our community.I would like to share about one encounter with an entrepreneur who sells pitha(traditional Bengali dessert) by the river bank and he uses solar power to generate the power he needs,he cooks form the organic materials and he utilizes paper materials to package his foods. He wants to help to preserve the ecosystem by doing so and has been doing it since the inception of his business. His small cafe is easily accessible and as I have mentioned earlier it is on the bank of the river and has enough space for the parking.Besides his venture there are numerous other small businesses too relating to the dessert and snacks, the spot is highly coveted for the travelers because of the scenic view, serene ambiance as well as the availability of the delicacies.
