Now Mexico City is recognized as a cosmopolitan city with a lot of attractions, with vibrant places and with a magnificent cuisine in that sense I would like to share with you one of the most incredible desserts the pancakes filled with berries with mascarpone butter.
This history starts in a recent spot, opened in 2019 (Yes, before the pandemic of Covid-19 started), this place called Madre Café offers a new concept and is designed to have a good time at any time of the day, whether you are enjoying breakfast in the garden house, eating with your friends, a family or even on your own.
The astounding place is located in Colonia Roma in a unique and historic space.
One of my favorite dishes is the pancakes filled with berries with mascarpone butter, it just blows my mind, with a unique flavor and great combination between sugar and citric, I totally recommend it.

Jajajaja, postear ese tipo de fotos es una trampa @AlfMoOl , jajajaja. Ahora quiero ir corriendo a Madre Café a pedir esos pancakes de inmediato, sobre todo en estos días que hemos tenido días tan nublados y fríos en CDMX.
Pero déjame decirte que tengo agregado desde hace tiempo ese lugar en mi lista llamada “La Comedera” que comparto de forma privada con otros amigos y amigas runners, donde vamos agregando lugares para desayunar o almorzar después de correr cerca de Paseo de la Reforma los fines de semana. Entonces tendré que subirlo varios lugares en esa lista para visitarlo lo antes posible.
