The best accident: "Posting reviews on Google"

The most interesting thing done as a local guide…

When I first became a local guide, it was more to share my experiences and post reviews without much effort or thinking anything of it. However, when my posts started to gain more views and become helpful, I wanted to learn more and gain experience in sharing as much as possible.

I discovered that I could share photos and reviews on Google from places visited by accident. I was never keen before in writing reviews. However, Google would Always send me notifications to post photos and remind me to write a review whenever I explored new places. I love to share and give tips to my friends and family about amazing places and new adventures. It was therefore, very easy to quickly get hooked on sharing travel experiences on this platform,

Despite recieving notification to review places visited, I also recieved updates on the number of places and reviews I contributed. These updates gave me motivation to keep posting reviews whenever I could. I discovered that there are places which either had very few reviews or none. Knowing that I would make a difference by positioning these remote places on the map to guide other explorers, became part of my mission.

One review at a time can make a big difference to guiding others hence every review I post is given with gratification. Besides traveling, I love shopping at local stores and eating out from time to time. I post reviews from stores visited and new joints to hang out.

I look forward to keep reviewing and I hope I can not only achieve posting the highest number of reviews but an accurate and most updated information.

If you have never given a review before, try it. It is fun being a Google local guide!
