One of the best site in the South West Region of Cameroon is Lake Barombi, close to this Lake is the village that the Lake was name after but this beautiful Lake and the village is not taken care of by the Government and even the local council. This Lake is unique in the World just like some researchers that we have been working with at the Lake had explain to us that only 6 crater Lakes are found in the whole World with such beauty and the numerous 14 species of fish found in the Lake.
This Lake is found at the middle of the Barombi Forest Reserve, it is 4 kilometer to the main town known as Kumba and supply drinkinig water to about 400.000 inhabitance. Is the center for Tourism and a place to visit.
