The beautiful Royal Maritime Museum of Greenwich!

The most interesting thing I have done as a local guide was definitely snapping unique photos at the Royal Maritime Museum!

The entire layout gave a good feel of the atmosphere relating to lots of history in terms of our seas.

Photographing from different angles and catching some great snaps, were very rewarding as I never knew much about using a camera till I started logging for Google maps. The lighting that day was brilliant as well which aided me even more to get some awesome pictures!! :+1:

I am going to show some of the Brilliant photos I have managed to snap:

The Above Image is one of pure brilliance. The artist has made a sculpture of some of the greatest navy men to sail our seas. They would have been senior crew in some of the largest voyages going around the world. The pictures dont do this piece justice, as its so much better in person!

This is an exibit based at the front of the museum and can be seen from the park before you enter through the windows. It is a hugh replica of a turbine propeller used to move the ships forward through the water. No one really is able to envisage this sort of pure engineering excellence until they come across exhibits like this.

Finally I have hear a waterwheel. The complex gear mechanicsm can really be seen in the photo depspite the distance I was from the object. I love the whole scenerey as it gives a warm and cosy atmosphere for guests!

Hope you all like this. Comment and let me know what you thought!

Mnay Thanks
