Hello LocalGuides, I’m Saransh Viswari from India.
I am from a small town called Samthar. I found there the information available on Google maps about my town’s places was either too abstract or incomplete and many roads is there in town but not on the Google map so then i started adding road and also suggest an edit. I try my best to add such a information which I would expect as a user and I try to add information in such a way that newly moved person would look for.
I came to Bengaluru for the first time 1 year ago and i was new to the city. I was very afraid to go alone at a new places. All that I had was Google Map. That time google map help me a lot in term of searching location, shops, best PGs, malls, restaurants, repairing center etc. Then i realize people’s effort on google map That’s how I got to know the importance of Google maps. Previously i was uploaded photos and gave rating for the sake of rewards and points after realization i started adding new roads, new PGs and its photos and answer questions about places and its accessibility information and suggest an edit on present information.
And now i am exploring places with the map.

@Madiwala Lake: A place for boating and makes you feel peace and calm in Bengaluru city.
@Gurukul Kangri University: An engineering collage at Haridwar city.
Because i was alone in this city so i lived in PG that’s how my journey of searching PGs began. I search PGs those provide north-Indian food, 24*7 water available, proper ventilation system, near to bus stop. so that i searched so many PGs and now i recommend best PGs to people in near by area.
I love to share photos of places through in and out and answer questions about place that i visited. i want to make the map more economical and people friendly because it’s very difficult to find places. Specially if you are new to the city and i faced difficulty to take suggestion about places and found that nobody can suggest better than map.
Also time to time i m getting perk from google so thanks to the google.
