Thai Food in New Zealand

Thailand Food is the best food in my food list.

Today I am going to share some Thai food generally people don’t share may be.

Roasted Prawns with Vermicelli:

In New Zealand, it’s called Roasted Prawns with Vermicelli Noodles. It is really yum food in thai food if you love to eat glass vermicelli with better. In Auckland city area there some Thai restaurant who serve this food in there place.

Fried Fish filet with Red Curry paste:

This is best flavored red curry fish stirred fried with broccoli and carrots. Another best food in the food market for fish lover. I am coming from country of fish or fish with rice Bangladesh. So no doubt how much I love fish fried.

Egg Salad:

Egg salad is the mix taste of zesty lime, crunchy onions, crisp carrots, hard boiled egg, roasted peanuts and spicy Thai chili pepper. This one is the best for fat controller. Don’t have much oil on it(almost no oil).

Laab Gai With Boiled Egg:

I love the Sauce of the laab gai. It is a mixer of minced chicken and salad with half boiled eggs. This food also almost oil free. only there is little bit of sesame oil. I really love to eat spicy food(you can see it).

Thai Laab Meatballs:

when I heard first time name of this food from my friend. I heard like “THAI LOVE MEATBALLS” . Deep fried meat balls with salad and sauce yummy.

Deep Friend Snapper:

Deep fried Snapper with Thai tamarind and lime sauce. It’s fabulous food in my list before I told that I am a fish lover.

Tom Yum Mussels Soup:

Who ever like Thai food they might be keep Tom Yum on there food list. This is the another best soup in the market of Thai food.

@NarenChandra I can tell you how I cook. But this is not exactly the right recipe, I do not have all the necessary ingredients. And I don’t know English very well, the translation may not be accurate.

That’s what I cooked.

I use pasta called funchoza.

Fnuchoz

Shrimp
Bow
Carrot
Shiitake mushrooms
Egg
Soy sauce
Hot red pepper
Sesame seeds
All products are taken to taste.
Funchoza need to pour boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain the water. Onions are cut into thin half-rings, carrots are rubbed on a grater, mushrooms are cut into arbitrary slices, small ones can be added whole. Onions with carrots and mushrooms are fried.

Funchoza is added to roasted vegetables, everything is well mixed. Then the vegetables and noodles should be pushed a little to one side and two eggs should be poured into the pan, which must be quickly fried with constant stirring to form individual lumps, which are then mixed with the noodles. After that, it is necessary to add soy sauce, boiled shrimps to the funchoza and warm it all up once more.

Then you can put funchoza on a plate, decorate with shrimp and sesame seeds. If available, it is good to add bean sprouts.

@Littlecat Cooking is one of the ways to get to know the culture of the country. And it is very good that the integration of various cultures in the world is happening now. Now in Europe you can try products from Thailand, China, India. For some people, this may be the first step in wanting to travel the world.

I have been to Thailand many times. There is a warm sea, delicious fruit, beautiful nature. I really like it there.
