Thanks for sharing the videos. There are several ways to check your hidden reviews. The easiest one is to open your profile in map in a browser in incognito mode: this link: https://www.google.com/maps/contrib/112549411129230065910
In this way you will easily see that 154 of your 306 reviews are not visible. The question is: why are your reviews hidden?
Even if there is a quite harsh algorithm. as explained in An update on how we moderate Google Maps reviews , I would say that what surprised me more is that some of your reviews, that are a clear violation of the program, are visible, and should be blocked.
For this reason I would not suggest you to fill the form linked in the mentioned post, not before a deep clean-up for removing all the violations in photos and reviews
