Hola ! Me han desaparecido mas de 20.000 puntos ! Tenia mas de 160.000 y ahora me aparacen 140.000

Me han bajado de Maestro a Experto en la insignia de rastreador de datos , cuando tenia todas las insignias como Maestro desde hace mucho tiempo.

Además , cuando quiero hacer una reseña , no se me muestran las ultimas fotos hechas para poder añadirlas… Que puede estar pasando ?

Did this happen very resently? I believe we should wait a couple of days to see if your photo counts get synchronize.

Please visit this link and make sure that you have selected “Keeping activity until you delete it manually”.

Otherwise, you will keep losing points from answers given by you when they get deleted automatically by Google.

This should solve your problem in the future. Sorry, there is no way to recover such points.

Let’s divide your several questions:

  1. points and badge. The two things are connected together, and you can clearly see that this depends of the number of answers on your profile, that are very low. It means that you have changed your settings of “web and app activities” please check the link shared by @MortenCopenhagen and set it to ON, otherwise your answers will be continuously deleted

  1. Photos added to a review. Even if the photos takes time to synchronise, at the end all the photos you added in a listing will be aggregated to the reviews, so don’t worry about that part.

BTW, as you are mentioning the photos, I would like to remind you that similar photos of the same subject are considered redundant. This is a violation of the Maps User Contributed Content Policy

The result can be that some photo can be made private, and not counted on your contributions.
