Cheese sambousek
It is a popular Middle Eastern pastry, with roots in the region, particularly in Lebanon and other parts of the Middle East. The word “sambousek” itself is thought to come from the Persian word “sanbosag,” meaning “triangular pastry”. While the exact origin is difficult to pinpoint, it is widely believed to have been a popular dish from Spanish Andalusia that came to India during the Middle Ages. Fatteh
Fatteh is believed to have originated in the Levantine region and is a popular dish in countries like Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, and Egypt. Fatteh, which translates to “crushed” or “crumbs” in Arabic, is a layered dish typically made of broken pieces of fried or toasted flatbread, topped with a variety of ingredients such as cooked chickpeas, tangy yogurt, garlic, and pine nuts. The addition of za’atar adds herby and tangy note.
Shakhtoura
Shakhtoura refers to a type of manakish (Lebanese flatbread) that is topped with awarma and eggs. Awarma is a dish of slow-cooked meat, typically beef or lamb, which is often used as a topping for various Lebanese street food items. However nowadays you also get Avocado replacing awarma as veg option.
Arabic Breakfast Tray
Tray of scrambled eggs, white cheese with tomato, mixed olives, rose am, Zatar with olive oil, labneh, halloumi, cheese, fresh cream and honey served with fresh tandoor bread.
Sichuan Wontons
Sichuan wontons, are a popular street food in China, particularly from Sichuan province. They are characterized by being spicy, salty, and aromatic, often served with a rich chili oil-based sauce. The wontons themselves are made by wrapping a minced pork filling in thin wonton wrappers and then boiled. For the vegetarians, pork is replaced with spinach which tastes equally good.

Turkish Kadayif (Kadayif with Cheese and Honey)
The term “kadayif” has Arabic origins, and it is also used for the similar shredded pastry dough in the Middle Eastern dessert knafeh. Kadayif is made from fine dough threads with a filling of milled almonds or walnuts and sugar syrup. This filling is seasoned with vanilla sugar and then wrapped in the dough threads. After baking and cooling, it is soaked in lemon sugar syrup.

South Indian Thali
