I have to be honest here, this looks absolutely delicious! Is this Mendoan that you are talking about is the frying method similar to the Tempura one?

not it’s different

Tempe Mendoan and Tempura are different foods tempe mendoan food whose main ingredient is tempe fried in half-cooked/not crispy

Tempura is made from vegetables or shrimp that are fried until the flour crispy

Both of them are cooked on deep fried
