You are exactly where you want to be. Post your tech questions here on Connect and there’re many people to help you out. First other local guides might be able to help you. Then there are the Connect and Google moderators. And if needed they can involve people further up the in the system.

There are common answer that have already been responded several times, and there are Help page both in Google Maps and in Local Guides Connect. In there, you will find an answer for most of your questions.

Local Guides Connect Help Desk - Most of the questions raised by the Local Guides on the Community have an answer in there

If you cannot find an answer in there, you can search in Connect: How do I search on Connect? will explain to you how to do it

At the end of this, if really you cannot find an answer, you are welcome to post in Connect. In this case, Help the community to help you, following the steps indicated here below:

  • Use your own language, if this make easy for you to explain what you are looking for.
  • Write your question on a clear and detailed way. Do not ask generic question. Provvide a link or a screenshot to explain your issue.
  • Respond to the person that is giving you an answer

Hey, i know its kinda late but as you see in the email that i’ve received, it was for Connect Live 2018 even though i didn’t apply for it (check the date in the picture). I actully applied for Connect Live 2019 and i was waiting for the email that says i’m in or not in… but unfotunatley i never received it. Second, i’m not sad because i’m not in, but i’m kinda sad because i didn’t even get an email about the event which is Connect Live 2019, even though i spent two weeks applying for it and by the way when i applied i was LVL7. Hopefully i’ll join you guys next year.

We did send a wrong email to some Connect Live 2019 applicants by mistake, apologies for that!
