Technical Glitch in Maps

I FOUND A MAJOR TECHNICAL GLITCH IN MAPS.

At Evening (14/02/21) i found some major technical glitch in maps . I searched for a place and map is not showing me the exact place(the red spot marker ) but showing the area without any mark. After that i tried the direction but same happened . In direction mode it’s showing me only the end starting and ending point without showing any path.

I think it’s a large issue and if it’s only happening with me, please help me. #googlemaps

Is the problem permanent or coming and going?

If permanent please share name + link to the place on Google Maps.

Please, try Clear cache & cookies, if you have not already done so. The link has step-by-step instructions for Android, IOS, and Desktop. Just select the relevant tab at the top.

It would be really helpful if you would move this post to the How-to section where it fits better. Just edit your post again, select the new Topic at the top, and save it again.

When I have problems with the navigation it is usually because the mode of transportation is set incorrectly. Please check you have not selected walking.

This happened to me yesterday and the first thing I did was to reboot my Android device and everything worked fine.

I think this is more or less the same as @MortenCopenhagen 's advice to clear the cache.

Sir i don’t know what it was. Now everything is working properly. I just clear the data of Maps and re logged in my account after 5 hours. Now everything is working properly.
