Hi from Kazakhstan! :kazakhstan:

Reading some posts here I’ve noticed that there were #TeamUSA, #TeamUkraine, #TeamRussia tags in signatures of some moderators.

While searching for #TeamKazakhstan mentions, I didn’t find one!

We don’t have enough Kazakhstani moderators to form a team? Is there any Connect moderator from my country?

I think that the team of local moderators could really help us to contribute more effectively

Great idea.

You can find the Connect moderators here.

Even as there are no local moderators you can still create a group if you want.

You may want to search Facebook. There are quite a lot of groups for Local Guides. If you join some of them you can quickly learn how to manage such a group.

Hi, @YerlanB , the hashtag #team[country name] was created by me in 2019 when I invited Local Guides from the same countries to work together as a team: Double the fun - Showcase your country - #TeamChallenge on LocalGuidesConnect

This is not related to Connect Moderators, and Moderators are not invited based on countries, but simply according to their contributions and capacity of engagement with the community.

To create a team you don’t need to have any moderator, but simply to search for other local guides from your country and to work together for highlighting the beauty of Kazakhstan here in connect

Hi, @YerlanB

Imho, you’re free to create your own #TeamKazakhstan in Connect, since that other team, as far as I know, is not an official team. They come from Facebook community, that some of them are used to be Connect Moderator.

I thought that these #teams were created to gather Connect Moderators of each country to help LGs. So I was wrong.

I will research this theme more thoroughly and maybe will create our Kazakhstani team.
