@OlgaKlimchik Thank you for mentioning me. I’m glad you thought about my comment and came up with this post. You are right that there are a lot of places where the snow is unusual and unknown, and that part is so interesting. Do you think so? It seems fun to play in deep snow like that. Your photos are beautiful. Now it’s hot in Thailand, I would like to go there in the photos now.
I love the silvery photos of the trees @OlgaKlimchik ! I’ve only seen snow once, not in my hometown of course, and I enjoyed it very much. Do you usually get any “snow days” (Reduced activity because of the snow) or is your city prepared to keep on as usual no matter the weather?
Usually winter is not very cold, usual temperatures are from 0°C to - 10°C, but the frost -30-40°C is also possible, children usually have additional vacations in such weather. But when the weather is above zero (it’s not rare), all this snow is melting turning into durty porrige underfoot.
@kroza Snow is usual in our country, so it’s not a reason to reduce daily activity. Even after Havier cyclone 15.03.13 (photo with children’s playground - view from above, though it looks not so snowy as it was) snow machines cleaned the main roads during the day or two.
Wooohoho @OlgaKlimchik . Winter in Belarussian and ice everywhere, how you feel ? I’m living with temperature 17-36 celcius in my life.no need refrigator.,funny think when I was young ,i want going to places with snow and ice everywhere like your place ,because I love ice tea so not need to wait water freezing in refrigator ,just take ice arround meand put to my tea glass haha
Totally different from our countries winter. In winter country, Full day have fogg, we can’t see sun and temperature going low… But not like to your country.
We never see snow in our country.
Your attached photos are really so beautiful @OlgaKlimchik
