The most interesting thing I’ve done as a Local Guide:
Adding schools and their photos, Reviewing and Guiding parent for best schools on the basis of their requirement. I’m specialized to add schools and educational related post.
I’m a teacher in private school with being local guide in Gulbarga city(District) and its nearby villages, many parents asks me several times about which are best schools for their children? so I decided to put my knowledge of schools and educational related places on google to help parents, school businessmen, students and google maps users also.
Apart from exploring myself to the world as a local guide(local guide as my pride), places around me and connecting me with friends all over the world, the most interesting thing I’ve done as a Local Guide is adding places and photos on Google Maps. By adding these places and photos,

Adding Schools and Photos, reviewing schools :
I have added 16 (11 Schools + 5 Educational related) places on Google Maps. I have added my native village’s Schools with photos and review(the review was “don’t have proper facilities like boundary walls, gate and washroom but students come and learn with happiness because they have only one school in whole village” just as a appeal) with this review I inspired local government bodies to change the appearance of the school and its facilities. After the a month of this addition of school and photo on Google maps, I have seen a lot of changes like proper boundary painted walls, proper wash room facility and well cleaned surroundings. By this positive change I have added more values to my life and those students who are studying in that school.

A photo speaks 1000 words more worth than spoken words, this is the power of a single photo. And we can see the changes made to above school this is power of single review. So my fellow local guides make this two as your weapons to change the world.
Adding Business places:
One of my cousins and my sister started local garage and local tailor businesses respectively. I have added their businesses on Google Maps and they got more customer services and they decided to expand their businesses.This is how being local guide impacted to our lives.
