I found out about local guide from my brother. He used to be a local guide and he told me to join it so i did it and woah it’s amazingly fun. Yess, because i love to take picture of some places, fooodie and etc even though i just took it from mobile. I may need to learn more about photography and to express what i feel about places and food and the environment. I’m Indonesian and live in Bratislava Slovakia, not many people know where the Slovakia is even my friend in Indonesia so i love to share some places where i live and around Slovakia such as Wien and Budapest, and may be many more.
Slovakia is a beautiful country with great nature and beautiful people. It has some traditional food that i like to try, and my favorite is palacinky. Palacinky is a thin pancake with so many choices of filling, it can be salty and sweet.One of my favorite palacinky is palacinky with ice cream and chocolate sauce, its heavenly delicious. I wish people who are visiting Slovakia would try to taste palacinky. And other desert is strudle, its a layered pastry with a filling that can be salty or sweet. Yum, in Bratislava there are many of this strudle and my favorite is strudle in Stroodle restaurant. This restaurant offered some kind of strudle. Strudle with filling apple and poppy seed, so tasty.
There is always tasty food in every corner of the world and we must find it and try it. There are many more of traditional food in Slovakia such as Cesnak cream soup, its a garlic cream soup with a bread as bowl*. Brindzove Halusky, and etc.*
