Dear friends, how are you?
I want to tell you in this post about a very pleasant gastronomic experience that I had in a craft beer brewery in the gastronomic corridor called “Pichincha” in my city a few months ago.

This gastronomic corridor includes various food and drink options for all tastes and palates, so you have to take your time to try each and every one of them.
In this case I am going to refer to “Leña” Smoke House.
In this excellent place you can only occupy tables of 6 people, without exception, the care to avoid contagion of Covid 19 is extremely rigorous. The tables are only arranged outdoors and with more than 2 meters of distance between each one.

Once settled, the menu can be consulted by reading the QR code.

This time we chose the “Kansas Cheeseburger” overflowing bread with sesame, medallion of beef, smoked bacon, tomato, lettuce, egg, cheddar cheese, homemade ketchup and aioli. Accompanied with rustic potatoes fried with their skin. Awesome.!

The other option was the “Buffalo Roast Beef” Creole bread battered with Parmesan cheese, smoked roast beef, cheddar cheese, smoked dried tomatoes, and aioli. Supreme !!
All the food accompanied with cold beer… And with “Fernet”…
