Two months ago I attended a business trip in northern Italy.
In the evening, our business partner called us to taste the sparkling wine in the Sorelle Bronca. It is a small winery near Treviso. Located in the picturesque valley of the Piava River, on the hillside below the mountains. The winery specializes mainly in the production of dry sparkling wines, which make up about 90% of the production.
Mrs. owner first showed us production and storage space. Then we took part in the tasting.
We tried two kinds of prosecco “extra dry”, “brut” and one “prosecco semi-sweet” at the tasting.
We also tried delicious red wine “Adresco” with a distinctive fruit flavor.
In addition to wine, we tasted local cheeses, salami and pastries.
It was a great sommeliers experience among pleasant people.

Hi @KarolT
Thank you for visiting my area and enjoying Prosecco. Sorelle Bronca is for sure a beautiful place, in the heart of the Prosecco area.
I visited a place not so far from there, the “Azienda agricola Astoria Vini ”. Here my post: Exploring Italian Wines - A Modern Traditional Art

I am living 10 minutes to the Airport, @KarolT
We are thinking about a Local Guide event in November, with a double Meet-up combining, if possible, wine and chocolate. Here the story of how the previous events were:
If you have time, and you want to visit our medieval city, this can be an opportunity for a big event
