I love sweet potato. I can smell it right now!

Sprinkle or dip it in sugar/brown sugar. Even better :+1:

A cup of tea or coffee are also a good companion.

I live in Jakarta its so easy finding sweet potato and taro at the market, but nothing compares to those that harvested and cooked immediately.

Wah, lagi musim jagung, ya, Teh @Nyainurjanah ?

Hasil di kebun sendiri atau minta di pekarangan tetangga kayak daun cincau tempo hari? Hahaa…

Aku paling suka jagung rebus yang diserut, ditambah gula pasir, garam sedikit, sama kelapa parut. Trus diaduk-aduk sampai gulanya lumer. Wah, itu enak banget… :yum: :yum:

Hi @Nyainurjanah

Thanks for sharing such a nice content.

You know what Roasted Corns are yum. I hadn’t tried Boiled corns without seasoning.

But as you suggested, i will try it for sure.

There are tons of common things in Both India and Indonesia. I have learnt a lot in my Geography Text books, 3 years ago.

Are the cultures too same ? What is your staple diet in Indonesia ?

Thanks agains for sharing.

This looks good. All of these are common to Nigeria here. In fact we are in the season.

Taro looks like yam. Could you tell us more about how it is been prepared and how it is cultivated?
