‏‎Taste From The West‎‏

Umm …

Awey how much it was delicious … !!!

A real delicacy that goes on and is celebrated from dish to dish …
Because each dish was the championship itself.
The deliciously juicy Romanian kebabs …
The brisket with striped colors …
The smoothing Asado …
And the Picnia …
Oh … The Picnia …
Because Picnia is a very tricky piece.
It does not contain any fat thet keeps from over-roasting.
To make an excellent Picnia, is to know and understand the meat at at high level …
It requires deep and real experience in the flesh …
And mixed greel with “pita bread” with refreshing spicy tomato salad that cleans the flavors between bite and bite …
And the root vegetables shrunk and concentrated their natural flavors for hours and despite everything they did not become too soft and preserved the texture and flavors …

And the “Malbi” ??
The “Malbi” had a texture and taste between Malbi and cheese cake …
The Berries and sour sauce with sweet halva shavings …

What else do I have to say …
My palate has celebrated a real experience for the third time here …

There is no doubt…
When the chef prepares the food for guests (not client … guests …) …
So that’s how the dish comes out …
Just a great real experience …
