Taqueria tlaquepaque, col.agricola oriental

Taqueria tlaquepaque has been there for 45 years straight it was called “La Reyna” (the queen) before and it belonged to another person for 15 years. Nowadays, the owner has been giving service for 30 years preparing tacos, tortas, gringas, sausage, tacos "pastor " style and tepache, an original recipe from Jalisco.

“Tepache” is a typical prehispanic mexican beverange. In these days it is made by fermenting pineapple pulp and skin.
