I have tried tandoori snacks in many cities whether it is Delhi, Chandigarh or Jalandhar. But the best chaap I always have is in Amritsar. The taste that is felt inside mouth when it goes in is really out of world. I don’t think I would get this taste in any other city. I had chaap in the chaupatti of Rani Ka Bagh , Amritsar in Punjab. The stall is named as “Sahil Chaap”. He is young boy who works with his father and makes amazing tandoori stuff. He has lots of variety tandoori momos, tandoori paneer tikka, tandoori mushrooms and different varieties in chaap whether it is malai chaap , aachari chaap or aghani chaap. You will love everything here in his stall. You must come and try @Bal

I am also very Familiar with the Taste of Amritsar…… and also with chaupatti stall market of Rani Ka Bagh on Queen Road……too tasty all Dishes

@Bal yeah we have a lot here as it is saying here that nobody sleeps empty stomach here either he is rich or poor . I think you have tried most of the delicacies of Amritsar that’s why you know much.
