Is there an interest on Local Guides Connect to have a Meet Up somewhere in the Tampa Bay area?!!?

I am using a Ricoh Theat S 360 Camera that takes the photo sphere or seemless panaramic pictures.

I just got the Theta S too! I love it. Looking forward to using it this weekend! Have you been to many meet ups in Tampa? I’ve never seen an event. How do we create one?

I too am trying to coordinate a #LocalGuides #MeetUp, as I posted in the Tampa Local Guides Community Page (https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/114964622884013499468). I am open to a collaborative effort in organizing such an event. Let me know if you’d like to strategize a bit more.

Note: I’m a Samsung Whore Sporting the S7 and the Gear 360 (in addition to other Samsung Tech)

I’ve always thought that Tampa/Clearwater/Saint Pete should be managed separately. Each area is so different. I work in Saint Pete so I’ll definitely come to this!

I asked last year about creating separate communities. It looks like they stopped taking applications so to make this an official Local Guides Meet Up you may want to post it on the official Tampa group and I believe it needs to be submitted a week in advance if you want them to post it on the meet up calendar https://support.google.com/local-guides/answer/6225579?hl=en
