New to the Tampa, FL area and would love to meet up with local guides to help me get to know the area better and find some fun places to check out. Open to suggestions for a place to meet at as well.

That would be awesome! We are only in Florida until next week. Then back up to Michigan for the summer. But we will be back down here in October. So, let me know your thoughts and hopefully we can make something happen!!

We’ve tried to organize Meet-Ups before to no avail, unfortunately.
I suspect it may have something to do with other Local Guides failure to receive notifications pertaining to meet-ups.

That’s disappointing. Well, I’m down to get together when I get back to the area in October. Maybe some more people in the area will see this post between then and want to join. Who knows. I’m not on social media, but is it worth someone making a group on Instagram or Facebook to help get more people to go to a meet-up? Let me know what you think.
I’m always up to connect, there are plenty of areas in the bay that could benefit from us cataloging it.
I creating a FB or IG would be a worthy contribution to raising awareness to who we are and what we do.
It might even compel LG’s to come out of hiding…

Would you be willing to help out? Since I won’t be back until October it’ll be hard to run the pages from another state. I would be willing to help out in any way I can until I get back to town. Then, I can contribute much more.
