I know many of my Latin, Mexican people that live in the United States of America haven’t try this delicious food, I invite you to come and visit my beautiful state Oaxaca where you could find the best street food if you ever come to visit my country, my state don’t forget to try the Tamales.

Tamale are made of masa (or dough) (Finely-ground nixtamalized corn) which is steamed in a corn husk or banana leaf. Tamales can be filled with salsa, mole, meat, chicken and some popular dishes we have here some of they have this sweet flavor we call it tamal de dulce.
