I have been a fitness enthusiast and a nature lover. So what better way than to club both your hobbies and start trekking. I have been trekking 4 years now.
To trek you have to reach a base village and then start the ascend. Quite often these base villages are small, inaccessible or with limited resources. Once I was traveling for such a trek and we were unaware of how to find things in base village.
That is when I was introduced to Google Guide Community. I could have all the vital information I needed before my trek. This made me want to give back to the community. Trekking is an activity I dearly love. So now everytime I am headed to a trek I get the information before hand to avoid any accidents. Everytime I return back from a trek, I review every hotel, rest room we used on the way. I also review bus stops, bus timings, fares, fares required to visit monuments so that anyone headed to these places post me is better prepared.
My only motto is to encourage people to trvel and trek!
