I travel … alot. I enjoy every second of it too. I know many of my friends are not able to go and do as much as I can, so when I travel, I take everyone along with me. I post through Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, while updating photos of all my locations through Google Maps.
Whether I am in my beloved Italy, touring museums in NYC, or hiking through Spain on the Camino de Santiago, I want to take anyone along that wants to go. I also want to leave behind any information that will help you to find a good restaurant, hotel, or just a quick pit stop. Giving information on local businesses is vital to the local economy. Some businesses are not able to reach every corner of the country, so Google Maps helps me to do that for those businesses.
If I can help anyone see what I see, I have accomplished something. An old friend of mine said she reads my blog to her grandchildren and shows them the pictures. Google Maps helps to take those people wherever I go and experience the cultures I do - if I can help connect people at home with people in other countries, it is all worth it!
