Thanks for sharing with us. Really mouth watery dish :smiling_face::smiling_face:

Hello! @iorikun301 This was my first post. Thanks for your suggestion. : )

The dish is Chinese steamed eggs garnished with green onions, shallots, and caviar. And you can see there’s a rod shape stick left outside the bowl. It’s called crisp fried breadstick, people in Taiwan often eat it with sesame flat bread or dip in soy milk for breakfast.
The right way to taste the dish is to break the breadstick into pieces and mix with steamed eggs.

I like the creamy texture form the steamed eggs and at the same time, you can taste the crunchiness of the breadstick in your mouth too. It’s a very special and creative dish.

You’re welcome :smiling_face::smiling_face:

Really, @YeahFood ? That’s steamed egg? Wow! Awesome!

If you don’t tell that it’s steamed egg, I would never know it.

Was this a Taiwan traditional dish?

And the breadstick looks familiar to me. Here in Indonesia that was called “cakwe” or “cakue”. We used to eat it with chicken porridge. Delicious :smiling_face::smiling_face:
