Tacos de Costreña de Cabrería de Res

Son los típicos tacos pero en vez de tortilla de maíz se utiliza la costra de queso manchego, el cual se coloca en un sarten hasta que se derrite y formar una costra la cual hace la función de la tortilla, acompañado con su cebollita cambray, chile serrano, guacamole, tomate y limón.

Hello, good morning, it is a dish that is not spicy, it is from a restaurant in the north of Sinaloa, Mexico. It’s called España Restaurante, located in the city of Los Mochis. This form is something new but especially in the northern part of the country. They are very tasty. I recommend them, instead of a corn tortilla it is a manchego cheese crust.
