Possibly you have posted here after making a lot of web search.
I have noted earlier that some similar questions never got an answer.
My suggestion would be instead of relying on one single source of paying, please plan for at least two to three options including cash. Please note even credit or debit card transactions may get declined occasionally putting the person in an awkward situation.
