Its just a randomly clicked photo of this guy who looked as a foreigner, boating and feeding fish while it was raining. Every one who were boating at that moment literally couldn’t stand it infront of rain but this guys was as relaxed as a bear. Maybe he was so enjoying his alone time that he didn’t even felt the rain.

Thanks for sharing this photo with us. The composition is quite interesting. Have you been on a photo walk to capture the nature around the lake? Phewa lake actually looks so peaceful and I believe this person in boat used the moment to relax despite of the rain.
