Suspicious local guide, how do we report them?

How do we report someone? They are posting reviews from all across the US and other countries, they are always 5 star reviews or 1 star reviews. They appear to be a “shill” and I’ve encountered these types of users more and more frequently, the local guide is becoming the standard fake Amazon review.
