Yes. It would seem there have been a few post to that effect. Am sure you know you can report the profile as whole. If you realise that they are spam and they violates our program rules and the Maps User Contributed Content Policy, please use the Report Profile function as explained here in this article.
Meanwhile you can also block them from you own profile as well. Just click on the three dots on the top corner left of their profile there is,
- Report profile
- Block

Hi @Dcasaus , I have seen this unusual account, I have reported it a week ago, I think.
Just report it from the three dots on the top right corner of the screen.
Denunciar perfil= report profile
In addition to this I will tag @InaS in order to know if we are doing the right thing.

I have as well, I have reported both of them I really hope Google does something about this, don’t want crack and cocaine dealers following me
In the past few days I have reported and removed 3 such accounts from my list of followers in Google Maps.
Please note, report before remove. You can’t remove and then report.
