I am writing to bring your attention to my account [Redacted] that was has been suspended for weeks. I googled, talked to experts, communicated with the google local guides in facebook groups and so on and so forth. I also read: Why was I removed from the Local Guides program?, and Local Guides program rules. (please do not refer me back to these links again) and figured out that there were some duplication of the photos and I removed them.
I have few questions regarding this issue. Please take your time to answer these questions. My questions are:

I never had intention to upload the photos twice. When I uploaded the photos in bulk, I found that some photos were duplicated. I went back to delete those photos, but did not work form my google map app, and I left. Why would the google map app upload the same photo twice and put us in trouble? Are you planning to upgrade the app?

I visited Nepal (my home country) last summer. The google map suggested to make reviews on some of the places and I did. Now, as my account is suspended I cannot see those reviews. Why would google do that–ask you to make reviews, suspend the account, and delete the reviews?

Last summer, I visited many places for my internship required me to travel a lot. Google suggested my to review. I did and now I am suspended. It is because I made a lot of reviews in the same time that my account got suspended?

It’s painful to see your account get suspended, and it is even more painful to have it suspended without any reasons. Should google notify us before suspending our account? Or, should google send us an alert notification if when it finds something fishy? Can google upgrade its AI and keep us out of trouble. We are volunteering to make our community more aware and knowledgeable. We save our time from the busy schedule to serve community, and now I have to waste days just to get my account back. It’s been more than 2 weeks that I am trying to find a solution. Can google keep us from these mess?

The most painful thing when it says (Why was I removed from the Local Guides program?, ) do not to send private message, post it publicly, and do not to create a duplicate account-- and localguideconnect.com do not allows us to post or comment. When my account is suspended, and I cannot send messages on facebook, and instagram, and cannot get access to local guide forum, how am I supposed to get help?
I hope to get my account and badges back. Top of that I want you to find answers to these questions so that no one in future (who are contributing their time and efforts - for free) has to suffer and waste their valuable time on recovering their account.
P.S: I will delete this account soon as I recover my previous account.
