Suspended Account

My husband’s account got suspended (WK_Utomo), could you help him to clear it. He really love being a local guide, join local guide for about a year and really loving it, he even bought a new 360 camera for the sole purpose of improving his content on google maps. He earned street view trusted photographer badge few days ago, he was so happy then. After carefully read the rules on connect (my husband very new to connect, i guess less than two weeks), he concluded that the banned happen because of owning more than one accounts violation. My husband using two google accounts, one for personal one for work. Sometimes it got mixed up because both registered and logged in at his laptop and phone. Some of the contribution from personal account (main account) got posted using work account. It is truly by mistake. 99% of the time my husband post using his personal account. and since today, he already closed his work account in connect in order to comply with connect rules. Please be kind and let my husband gain his account so he can keep contributing and be happy again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for reaching out, first of all suspended account can only reported by the user affected without any third party help and please avoid creating another account as it is against our program rules.

The solution to this is to report it by mentioning @localguides on Twitter or write on our Facebook wall letting us know you’ve been banned and we will follow up with you via private message.
