it’s very famous dish in Maharashtra.also easy to prepare.
Take 500gm surmai fish in pieces. Wash thoroughly. Then add 1tablespoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2lemon juice. First marinate with all ingredients for 15_20minites.
Then take 6-7 tablespoons salmonella into the plate add 1 teaspoon chilli powder and salt. Then marinated fish coat with salmonella and shallow fry .
