During the lockdown period caused by COVID-19, many small businesses suffered as they were closed for more than 4 months. In the new normal, after the lockdown, they have opened the business and struggling to survive. I have decided to write about some small businesses in my area or where ever I go to promote their business by providing some vital information about them in my writing.

The owner of Hira Traders Mr. Mansur is an educated person. Earlier he had a shop in Dhaka New Market. He left Dhaka once his wife got a job in a government primary school. He returned to his village Chapri and later started this shop. He and his wife did bear all the expenditure of the family together. Their elder son Hira got a government job this and daughter Mira is studying at a public university.

After coming back from Dhaka, he was thinking about which business to start. He was thinking about several businesses but his wife chooses this idea the most. In the beginning, he was not getting enough customers. But later the purchasing power of the villagers increased and his sales also increased gradually. Pile of sand to sell at Hira Traders
Like the rest of the world, his business was also affected by the Covid-19 virus. During the lockdowns, he closed his shop for days. No sell, no income. Mr. Mansur became very frustrated because he was unable to sell his sand, cement, and rod. Those items were stuck inside his shop and started losing quality. He thought to leave the business and become a farmer like his father. But again, after discussing with his wife he got a new idea to survive during the pandemic also.
Sanitary materials made with the raw materials from Hira Traders
During the lockdown and as per their plan, Mr. Mansur hired two expert labors who can make sanitary items with rods, cement, and sand. As per the instruction of Mr. Mansur, those laborers started making sanitary items by using his own materials. He ordered the companies over the phone to send him more materials. Mr. Mansur was very happy when he saw the finished items made by using his stock materials. He gave special thanks to his wife for giving him this nice idea. He started taking orders over the phone for those items. He decided to continue his previous and new business both together. Now he sees a light at the end of the tunnel to recover the loss he faced during the lockdown.
