Supporting SDGs Through No-Plastic Campus Reviews

Hello Fellow Local Guides,

As we explore and review different places, we have a unique opportunity to support causes that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One such initiative is the promotion of No-Plastic Campuses.

In one of my recent reviews, I highlighted a campus that has adopted a no-plastic policy. You can read the full review here:

How this supports the SDGs:

  • SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production: Encourages reduced waste and sustainable practices.
  • SDG 13 – Climate Action: Cutting down on plastic helps lower carbon emissions and reduce pollution.
  • SDG 4 – Quality Education: Promotes sustainability education and environmentally conscious campuses.
  • SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities: Supports the development of safe, resilient, and eco-friendly spaces.

:seedling: Call to Action:
If you visit institutions or public places that implement no-plastic policies, be sure to mention it in your reviews. Let’s amplify sustainability efforts and inspire others—one review at a time.

Apart from writing reviews, @Rahul001 has suggested more ways to contribute towards a plastic-free world.

Looking forward to hearing about your eco-friendly discoveries!
