It was the time when i was talking with one of my friend who run the small business in the local community who told me that he normally get wrong call on his business number that really irritate him as they normally asking for shop that is other-side of the London. He was also worried that may be some of potential customers can’t reach him. When i looked on google map and searched his shop and found that phone number was incorrect. I edited the phone number and that is … a small help or knowledge can add great value to local business owner as he would not get any wrong call and local customers can ring him to order the food or to make enquiry.
After this i visited many sites in the South and south west London edit their incorrect detail on google map or even some company had changed name or no more exit so i edit them too. Some local sites had great shop and offering so i help them to put their best pictures on google map to help customers to have better idea of site, their offer, quality and service they searching for. Its win win for both customers and local business owners.
Addition to this adding review to local business also helping new customers to make right decision and helping local business to get reward for their hard work and improve where needed to stay competitive.
