UPDATE:
8th March: Everything seems calm already and back to normal. Most stores have re-stocked and wet markets are on about with business as usual. 
7th March: So I wanted to go shopping this morning for my daily groceries only to find out all big supermarkets and minimarts are over crowded with shoppers stocking up on food. I couldn’t get oil or toilet paper at my local minimart and it never sells out! Anyone know what’s causing the panic because I thought I read everything was under control.
