Well,The photo I uploaded above is The . Main entrance of the Rockfort(or Malai kottai),which was built by the Madurai King Muthu Krishna Nayakkar in 1605.Then It’s taken over by Mysore kingdom(Especially King Topic Sultan).
Now I is maintained by Archeology survey of India.Entrance fee of 20 Rupees collected for each person to access this area.People are allowed to visit here from 8.30 to 17.30 only.It also includes famous goddess Adhiparasakthi amman temple.
